Community and events

We encourage our people to get involved in the local community and offer a day's paid leave per year for charitable work. In the Channel Islands, we partner with Uniti to link employees with local volunteering opportunities.

We also organise staff social, sports and wellbeing activities and get involved in local events throughout the year because achieving a good balance benefits everyone: our clients, our communities, our colleagues and their families.
