Collas Crill advised Copper Street Capital LLP, the private equity investor focused on the European financial services sector, on its investment into Thistle Initiatives Group.
The team, led by Group Partner Sam Sturrock and Associate Khetha Shezi, provided legal advice on all the Jersey aspects of the transaction. This included advising in respect of the Jersey companies involved in the structure and arrangements in place between the different stakeholders.
