Collas Crill lawyer qualifies as Jersey Advocate

A senior associate at Collas Crill has qualified as a Jersey Advocate.

Following the successful completion of his exams and requisite two year period working for a local law firm, Nick Marshall was sworn in before the Royal Court of Jersey.

Based in the firm's fiduciary team, Nick has significant experience in advising on private wealth structures and other fiduciary matters.

He specialises in all aspects of Jersey trusts and foundations law and regularly advises on the establishment of, and ongoing work involved in, trusts and foundations used for managing private wealth.

Earlier this year, Nick became the first person to be awarded the Masters in Jersey Law degree.

Nick said: "I am delighted to have been sworn in as a Jersey Advocate and to be working with some excellent people at Collas Crill."

Nuno Santos-Costa, managing partner of Collas Crill in Jersey, said: "We are extremely proud of Nick and delighted to add another Jersey Advocate to our firm. This has been an exciting year of growth for our Jersey office and we're heading into an even better 2018."
