Collas Crill partner sworn in as Guernsey Advocate

Collas Crill partner David O'Hanlon was sworn in as a Guernsey Advocate today.

David is a senior member of Collas Crill's commercial Dispute Resolution team focusing on contentious and semi-contentious trust and internal company issues. David also has a wide experience of professional negligence as well as general commercial matters.

Collas Crill's head of Dispute Resolution, Christian Hay, said: "David is a very committed lawyer and a valuable part of our Dispute Resolution team. We are delighted to see David called as a Guernsey Advocate, reflecting his commitment to Guernsey and the firm."

David was previously admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2005 and joined Collas Crill in 2011. David successfully completed the Guernsey Bar Exams, and his studies at the University of Caen in 2017.
