Collas Crill acted as the representative party for minor / unborn beneficiaries in an opposed application by the trustees for the Court's blessing of their decision to dispose of an asset held by the trust.

The property was held in a US company structure. The asset was held under the terms of the trust for the ultimate benefit of the minor beneficiaries (this firm's clients).

The trustees' application for blessing of its decision failed. This firm, the beneficiaries' mother and protector all opposed the sale.
