New appointment for the Wills & Estates team

Collas Crill welcomes new appointment Kelsi Wavell to the Wills & Estates team in the Channel Islands.

Based in Jersey, Kelsi will be working alongside the wider Channel Islands team, providing both administrative and client support across a wide range of matters.

Along with the drafting of wills for both local and offshore clients, Kelsi specialises in all aspects of estate administration, from advising on Jersey's often complex probate procedures, including in the event of intestacies, to obtaining Jersey Grants of probate for full, fast track and foreign estates.

She has advised on and managed the administration of a number of complex and lengthy estates and is familiar with both curatorship administration and clients under power of attorney.

Prior to joining Collas Crill in July 2017, Kelsi worked at another leading offshore firm in Jersey where she gained experience across a range of practice areas including probate, employment and non-contentious trust work.
