Statement on Russia/Ukraine conflict

We fully condemn the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.

In our actions and deciding who we will or won't work with, we are doing what we can to support international efforts to bring this crisis to an end to as quickly as possible.

We will not act for any sanctioned individual or organisation or take on new clients or matters that are linked with the Russian state. This extends to any unsanctioned individuals or businesses that are determined to be supporters of the Russian regime. We will also not assist in restructuring arrangements to circumvent existing sanctions or possible future sanctions where we determine there is a risk of such sanctions being imposed.

Our existing Russian matters (which are limited) will be ceased in line with this approach, while complying with our regulatory obligations.

Our thoughts are with the innocent people of Ukraine.
