Following on from the recent announcement of its growing team, Collas Crill's commercial property practice in Jersey has received a top tier ranking in legal directory Legal 500, joining its Guernsey counterpart.
The annual rankings, that were released earlier this month, saw the team move up to Tier 1 alongside the Guernsey commercial property offering.
As well as receiving rankings for 12 of its practice areas, the firm saw 30 of its lawyers listed as 'recommended' as well as 10 included in the elite 'leading' and 'next generation' lawyers.
From the commercial property teams this included Jersey partners Martin Le Boutillier and Paul Harben, Guernsey partners Chris Bound, Jason Green and Paul Nettleship as well as senior associate Donald Millar from the firm's UK Real Estate practice.
This news follows the appointment of new group partner Pamela Doherty, who joins the firm's current property partners as one of Jersey's largest property offerings on the island.
