Collas Crill was appointed to act for Royal Bank of Scotland International in its support of Coln Park LLP and its continued development at the spectacular Lakes by Yoo project within London commuter distance in the Cotswolds.
Donald Millar worked with the Project's lawyers negotiating suitable certification of the site on behalf of the Bank and the deal closed quickly much to the delight of all parties.
