Jessica is a Trainee Solicitor, currently undertaking her first seat of four in the firm's UK Real Estate Team.
Jessica gained experience as a Paralegal within the firm's Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey.
Jessica has experience in general litigation matters, as well as personal injury and medical negligence actions.
Jessica was previously a bursary student with Collas Crill. She graduated from the University of Law in Bristol with Distinction in her Graduate Diploma in Law, and also achieved Distinction in her Legal Practice Course.
In 2010, Collas Crill became the first offshore law firm in the Channel Islands to establish a dedicated UK Real Estate Practice. We have since continued to lead the field, earning a Band 1 ranking from both Chambers UK and Legal 500. Chambers describes our UK Real Estate Practice as, providing “consistently excellent service, with sage and timely advice” and by clients as having “a pragmatic, client friendly approach, but with the expertise to deal with complex transactional work whether acting for a bank or a private client.”
