She was previously Group HR Director at the firm, having joined in 2013, and sits on the strategy board and management committee.
Louise brings significant experience from strategic HR roles in the banking and financial services sector including RBS and Standard Bank.
Immediately prior to joining Collas Crill, Louise was the Director of HR Operations with the States of Jersey.
