Theo is a Trainee Solicitor completing his third seat within the firm's Corporate, Finance and Funds team. He has completed seats within the firm's International Private Client & Trusts team and Dispute Resolution team.
Theo gained experience as a paralegal whilst completing his post-graduate legal qualifications with distinction.
During this time, Theo was a members of the Corporate and Property teams with a particular interest in banking transactions. He advised lenders and a range of borrowers on a variety of transactions involving senior and mezzanine debt, investment and real estate finance.
Theo was also responsible for advising on residential and commercial conveyancing and lease matters involving Guernsey, Alderney and Sark.
Prior to a career in law, Theo lived in rural Uganda working as a Development Manager for an educational charity.
