Ben is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.
Having joined Collas Crill in August 2018, Ben previously worked as a Paralegal within the Corporate, Finance and Funds department to provide support to lawyers in relation to a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters. His main responsibilities included: drafting documentation, conducting legal research and assisting senior fee earners with general commercial matters such as banking transactions, mergers and acquisitions, fund establishment and acting as listing sponsor in respect of listings on The International Stock Exchange.
Ben has an LLB (hons) degree after graduating from the University of Brighton in 2017, where he completed a joint degree in Law with Business Studies.
